Galaxy AHi. I bought Samsung A51 new on auctions in October. First 2 months was fine- no problems. Then phone keeps restarting or frozing without reason. I tried different tricks which I found on line but nothing helps. I did factory reset - so there is no additional apps- still same problem. Recently I have noticed phone charging very slow. Is there any fix for this problems? Or I have lost money and phone ?? 😔

Galaxy Aif not then problem may due to other downloaded apps
and if same issue in safemode then try to visit service centre
steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.
Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work

Galaxy AI have tried safe mode - it’s happening still. There is no extra apps - only original - I am not using this phone as it’s useless 🤷🏻♀️I have no warranty on this phone either:(
