Samsung A 51 keeps restarting , battery fault too

Hi. I bought Samsung A51 new on auctions in  October.  First 2 months was fine- no problems. Then phone keeps restarting or frozing without reason. I tried different tricks which I found on line but nothing helps. I did factory reset - so there is no additional apps- still same problem. Recently I have noticed phone charging very slow. Is there any fix for this problems? Or I have lost money and phone ?? 😔

Go to service centre and get it solved there

go to safemode and observe is there same issue in safemode too
if not then problem may due to other downloaded apps
and if same issue in safemode then try to visit service centre

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work

I have tried safe mode - it’s happening still. There is no extra apps - only original - I am not using this phone as it’s useless 🤷🏻‍♀️I have no warranty on this phone either:(

so sad, but now only one and better option is to visit service centre first get reinstall software from service centre if this is due to software glitch then it will resolve your issue

it is h/w issue. probably battery. if u have warranty than visit service center.
