This is a request to Samsung, you need to look into your hiring process of CUSTOMER SUPPORT. 

This is the highest level of illiteracy.

In case of speeding up in replies, you need to look for quality. 

Maintain Quality. And teach these executive to reply what is asked. 

I am really fed up with these executives... I think these are one of most irritating and irresponsible executives. 

Executive are not downgrading their own standards, rather Executive are downgrading SAMSUNG brand standard.

So, Please look into this🙏

It's not about the update. They are giving the same replies to every question. That's very irritating.
