Galaxy AHi simisimi
Thank you for reaching out. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Firstly please ensure that software on your device is updated then follow the troubleshooting steps below;
Soft reset your device: Press and holding the power and volume down buttons until the device restarts ( this will not erase data, it is just to reboot the device)
Clear cache of the Settings app: Go to Settings > Apps > Settings > Storage > Clear Cache. This can sometimes fix issues with the Settings app.
Reset app preferences: Go to Settings > Apps > Menu (three dots) > Reset app preferences. This will reset all app preferences, including disabled apps, notifications, and permissions.
Factory reset: If none of the above steps work, you may need to perform a factory reset. Make sure to back up your important data before doing this, as it will erase all data on your phone. Back up data to Samsung Cloud:
From the home screen, choose Apps.
Choose Settings.
Then Samsung Cloud.
Then choose Back up my data or Restore.
If you tapped Back up my data, turn on each item you want to back up in the Settings menu and choose Back up now. To factory reset Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset.
