Samsung getting worst day by day for their one ui update. Sometimes green line issues, some times camera, battery downgrade and many more. What does samsung want? I think samsung lover also getting frustrated. I think by one objection samsung will not change anything, so samsung should open a complain window where I can raise a complain. I think millon of objection will there. Is anyone there who appreciate what I am saying? In heading I have to choice only one option, but I have said this for all smartphones
As per your concern, we want to inform you that the software update is developed to enhance the performance or stability of the smartphone and it is fully tested in different stages. The issue could occur due to usage and various other factors, in case there is any kind of issue that occurs after the update then we are always helping our customers to resolve their issues.
Kindly share the log file if you are facing any issues on your device post-update. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.
Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
