My recovery mode doesn't work if i press power off and volume up button

Yes it varies with devices, for some you press power button and both volume button, try that

Your phone must be connected to a computer via the cable or the USB C wired earphones that came with the phone if that's in your case

Power + Volume Up - Recovery Mode
Power + Volume Down - Download Mode

And also you have to long press these buttons until the android recovery sign appears for recovery mode
