Quick panel issue!

Whenever I "Restart" the phone the "Wi-Fi calling" icon automatically removes from "Quick panel" .

How to check?

Step1: Add the "Wi-Fi Calling" icon to your "Quick panel" 

Step2: Restart the phone 

Note: this issue doesn't occur every time but sometimes.

Please fix it.
