QR code not scanning

Samsung A50 not scanning the QR codes..so this 20000 phone working likee rs.2000..not a single qr code its scanning..

Samsung memeber live chat is so horrible made me to reset my all settings and still its not working..how rediculeous support team...

which type of code you are scanning? can you give a screenshot of that?picture of qr code.....why because, sombody do mistake between qr code and bar code

That's true I have tried to scan QR code via Bixby Vision. But it failed. The best example is Aadhar card. But frankly speaking Google lens also can't scan it. But when i installed a third party app from play store it works well.
