Do anyone have any issue with proximity sensor in a52s. As after picking up the call and when i use it near to my ears phone's screen got blank. But after call got disconnected still light and disply remains blank.
Please resolve

We want to inform you that maybe something interfering with the proximity sensor. Kindly follow the below steps to resolve your issue:-

1: Protective films, cases, stickers, or glass screen protectors can block the sensor. We always recommend using Samsung-approved accessories.

2: Clean the sensor with a soft clean cloth. The proximity sensor is placed at the top of the phone.

3: Switch off your phone for a few minutes and turn it on.

4: If the issue still persists then try your phone on Safe mode and see if it fixes it. To enter into Safe Mode, follow the below steps:-Long press the power key and then long-press the power off icon. You will see a Safe mode icon. Tap on that icon to enter the device in Safe mode.

Note:- To exit from safe mode, just restart your device.

5: If the issue still not resolve then reset the phone, follow the below steps:

Backup and Factory Data reset: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or Smart Switch PC Suite and reset the device through the below steps:-

Setting > Backup and Reset > Factory data reset OR Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset.

After Performing the troubleshooting steps if the issue still persists, kindly visit the near service center for the physical inspection of your device.

I am also facing issues 

While making a call the screen flickers when it is close to my ear. 

During the call, if I move the phone away then the screen does not light up
