Problem with samsung A52

# When the phone gets restart or switched on the phone displays only samsung galaxy but not the word A52 

# In the last one month period the contacts randomly got deleted, it happened two times .

# today with out any physical damage or water damage the phone randomly fresed and did not work.

I bought this device on March 2021 

Is this problem only for me or do other people using the Samsung model suffered as I did.

I hope I can get some help for samsung to fix my problems.

1.In beta and some device after update didn't device model name .
2. You need update latest update contact application and if isn't avialable -> clear file chase and data as well as. But make copy of contact first.
It will work. 👍🏻

All new phones are displaying Samsung Galaxy instead of model name.
That isn't a issue..

Try a factory reset if u feel like device is being freezed
