Galaxy AHave you given permission of storage to specific app?if not then check from settings>Apps>Select app which has issue>Permissions>Storage(turn it on) and check the issue.

Galaxy AIn this situation you can try to clear cache of the app which has issue.Or try to move those photos from Camera folder to another.
Also try this- move all Camera photos to another temporary folder and delete the Camera folder from internal storage>DCIM>Camera. And then re-create a Camera foder and move photos from temp folder to Camera folder and then check issue.Hoping that this may work.

Galaxy AHi there,
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > reset app preferences.
2- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > gallery/camera app > storage> clear cache.
3- Settings > apps > Whats app/Instagram/cam-scanner > permission > camera > enable
