Problem of charging highly drain.

I have a Samsung A34 mobile. I felt a lagging issue in it. So I restarted it. Before restarting, my mobile had about 68-69% charge. When the mobile started, only 1% charge remained. So I put it on charge, after an hour it was only 38% charged. I restarted it to check the problem again, but again 1% charge remained. So I put it on charge for 1.5 hours, it was only 11% charged. I am using Samsung original charger and cable, but I am facing this problem. So please tell me what is the problem.

Brother, first of all turn off your device and take help from Samsung care. ❤

But my phone is out of warranty

And the people there say, "Keep putting this mobile here, it will take 10 days and we will order the parts." And this is the second time I have had a battery problem in about 1.5 years.

You can get the device fixed by paying, anyway if it has to be repaired then according to me Samsung care will be fine
