I understand you're experiencing two frustrating issues with your Galaxy A16 5G: blurry video calls and touch screen problems while charging. Let's try to address these:

Blurry Video Calls:

This issue can stem from a few factors. Let's check these possibilities:

Check Your Internet Connection: Video calls require a stable and strong internet connection.

Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if one is better than the other.

If you're on Wi-Fi, try restarting your router.

Make sure other devices on your network aren't consuming excessive bandwidth during video calls.

Check Camera Lens: Ensure the camera lens is clean and free of smudges or dirt.

Check Camera Permissions: Make sure the apps you're using for video calls have permission to access the camera. Go to Settings > Apps, select the app, tap "Permissions," and ensure "Camera" is allowed.

App-Specific Settings:

Within the video call app (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Meet), look for settings related to video quality or resolution. Sometimes, these settings are set to a lower quality by default to conserve bandwidth. Try increasing the video quality to the highest available setting.

Check Lighting: Poor lighting can make the video appear grainy or blurry. Try making video calls in well-lit areas.

Test with Different Apps: Try making video calls using different apps to see if the issue is specific to one app.

Clear App Cache: Clearing the cache for the video call apps can sometimes help. Go to Settings > Apps, select the app, tap "Storage," and tap "Clear cache."

Reset App Preferences: As described in a previous answer, you can try resetting the app preferences.

Software Update: Make sure your phone's software and the video call apps are up to date.

Touch Screen Not Working Properly During Charging:

This issue is often related to electrical interference or a faulty charger.

Use the Original Charger and Cable: Always use the charger and cable that came with your phone or a Samsung-certified charger.

Try a Different Outlet: Some electrical outlets may have grounding issues that can cause interference. Try charging your phone in a different outlet.

Check the Cable and Charger for Damage: Inspect the charging cable and adapter for any signs of damage, such as frayed wires or bent pins.

Clean the Charging Port: Use a can of compressed air to gently clean the charging port on your phone. Sometimes, dust or debris can interfere with the charging process.

Test in Safe Mode: As described previously, boot your phone into safe mode to see if the touchscreen works properly when the charger is connected. If so, a third-party app may be the culprit.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, it's possible there may be a hardware problem with your phone. It's recommended to contact Samsung Support.
