Problem in Samsung A03

Dear All

I am using Samsung A03 phone since last 6 months. While using I observed following problems. 

1. Sometimes its screen freezes. Then i have to lock and unlock the phone from button to resume. This should not happen.

2. Sometimes when i am using YouTube, its speakers didn't switch. The sound come from primary speaker. This should not happen.

It is also to inform you that my phone is updated. No further updates are showing. 

Is anyone observed same problems.

I have updated my phone to UI 5.0. After that I didn't observe such issue. Hope it will not come again. If that happens, I will let you know.
