Please samsung read this

I just want samsung to know about the delay of updates in A72 and A52. I think they don't have any idea about the delay. Because if they would know, they would have told us something or post an article about the delays. The last update on my A72 wa in October 2023. I've never seen samsung forget to update one of their devices especially a promised update. It is really heartbreaking to see all the other eligible phones having one ui 6 and other recent security patches while some users are stuck with last years update even after the phone being eligible and promised to receive one ui 6. I just hope samsung listens to us and finally decides to release one ui 6 on A72 and A52💔

Itna to koi ladki b bhaw nai khati jitna ye samsung waale kha rhe h,itna kuch likhne k baad samsung developers ko **bleep** hi nai pad rha,bhai.meri baat maano ab puchna band krdo,jab update milna hoga mill hi jayega.
