Please Help! Zip files not showing in Documents

Suddenly a weird thing is happening in my Samsung galaxy a52s. Many files like zip, .c, cpp, etc have stopped showing in My files/Documents.

Even if I receive a zip file through whatsapp its no longer showing in My files documents but it is present in internal storage whatsapp folder.

Please help!

Download Google files app from Play Store. It should help you.

Could be a bug or some settings. Try clearing cache for my files app.

Did cache clearing, force stop and restart. Nothing worked bro.

How to get an error report and where to send it? Sry I don't know about it.

Samsung members app > Support > Scroll down and find "Error reports". Describe the issue and take a screenshot of the my files app while the logs are being collected. After sometime, the error report along with logs will be sent automatically.
