Phone with issues

Hello,my auntie own an A12 and we suspect that the phone has a virus,what can we do to resolve this issue?

Playing ads even on home screen,lagging,freezing,drains battery & even when I set dns proxy,ads still show up

There's most likely a 3rd-party app causing ads on home screen. Maybe flashing your phone to factory settings might help.

Go to settings>Apps then,look for a suspicious app then Uninstall it and you're gonna be fine

Hello guys....what I've noticed is that there is an app on the phone....but there's no icon that you can see ...it's like a folder but blank ....so check on the home screen or open the apps and just check where your apps is and if there is n blank box ...press and hold it in until it says Uninstall....then the ads will stop.
