Hello all,

Samsung A52s is randomly locking and restarting. I have noticed this issue after November update.

This never happened before and remind me of my bad experience with Galaxy Note 4 after exactly 1.5 year of use. I also received a pop up message to send the report of error when I open members app. Attached is the screenshot of same.

I hope this is not samsung intentionally making this phone obsolete as my last experience after which I didn't buy Samsung for 3 years. I don't use games on this phone, only whatsapp and some browsing using brave or duckduckgo which already block any harmful script, all, I also regularly update the apps are and phone software whenever available.

I faced the same issue on M31S after update. When I visited Service center they said it's a motherboard issue

But this is after update, how can this be motherboard issue. Updates must have done something.

So it was intentional from samsung. I am not surprised then, they do it as they did with note 4 back in 2016. Never buying again a samsung phone. It is not installing Google play store updates too, mine stuck at June 2023.
