Galaxy AHi, I have a Samsung A71.
Today the phone was restarted due to it not functioning optimally. After the restart, the phone was loading the necessary apps and the all of a sudden it crashes and gives the Samsung logo. Once the phone is unlocked, it takes around 10 seconds for it to crash and restart. This happens everytime i unlock the phone. I cannot access any settings to reset the phone. i cant even switch phones. Im currently writing my final exams for my schooling carer and i desperately need my phone. i would accept the most help i can get. Ive hard-rebooted the phone countless of times and still nothing.
Thank you for understanding

Galaxy A1. Try Safe Mode
What it does: Safe Mode temporarily disables third-party apps, which might be causing the issue.
How to do it:
1. Power off the phone.
2. Power it on and, as soon as the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume Down button until the lock screen shows.
3. At the bottom of the screen, you should see "Safe Mode" if it worked.
4. See if the phone works in Safe Mode. If it does, the issue might be with a recently installed app.
5. You can try uninstalling recent apps or backing up data in Safe Mode.
2. Clear the Cache Partition
What it does: This deletes temporary system files that may be corrupted.
How to do it:
1. Power off the phone.
2. Hold Volume Up + Power button simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears, then release.
3. Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe Cache Partition" and select it with the Power button.
4. Once complete, choose "Reboot System Now."
This won’t delete any personal data but may help resolve system glitches.
3. Backup Data with Samsung Smart Switch (if possible)
If you can access Safe Mode, you may be able to connect your phone to a computer and use Samsung Smart Switch to back up important data.
Download Smart Switch on your computer, connect your phone via USB, and follow prompts to back up data.
4. Factory Reset via Recovery Mode
Only as a last resort if you can't solve it any other way and are okay with data loss.
How to do it:
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press Volume Up + Power together until you see the recovery screen.
3. Use the volume buttons to select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" and confirm with the Power button.
4. Confirm the action and let the phone reset, then select "Reboot System Now."
Important: This will erase all data on the phone, so only use this if you can't recover your data.
5. Contact Support if Needed
If none of the above steps work, it may be a deeper issue that requires professional repair. Contact Samsung support or visit an authorized repair center if possible.
Let me know how it goes with any of these steps, and I can guide you further based on the results!
