Phone gets silent when it's in pocket

phone ringtone gets automatically silent in pocket when there is a call while I am walking. It just rings for 1 sec then the ringtone stops ringing.

Reset all settings or try to clear cache partition.

Its new phone suggest some relevant solution otherwise its big failure to a mnc like samsung
