Hi,can someone please assist me. My sumsung A32 5G doesn't show the percentage when I have connected the charger when it's off and when it's on, it doesn't charge it all. And I have cleaned the charging port using a tissue and blowing inside but still
Open settings and click on magnifying glass icon at the top. Then search for "percentage." The top result should be "Show battery percentage." Click on it and click toggle switch to activate.
Ok now I get what you're after. Sometimes charger dies and sometimes cable is broken inside. So try using a different charger or power bank and a different cable.
