Heyy, I updated my phone software A25 and it suddenly stopped fast charging, and the charger I'm using is perfectly fine. How do I resolve the issue?

Try to make sure it's a fast charging samsung adapter then buy a cable that is fast charging compatible that's all you need to ask for when purchasing one.

Sometimes updates reset settings, disabling fast charging.

Go to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > More Battery Settings.Ensure Fast Charging (or Super Fast Charging) is enabled.

Confirm the Correct Safe Mode Process

To enter Safe Mode on most Samsung devices. Power Off the Phone Completely. Press and hold the Power Button, then select Power Off.
Wait until the device is fully powered down.Boot into Safe Mode:
Press and hold the Power Button.
When the Samsung logo appears, release the Power Button and immediately press and hold the Volume Down button.
Continue holding Volume Down until the device boots into Safe Mode (you'll see "Safe Mode" at the bottom-left corner).

Verify the Button functionality

If the phone doesn’t respond correctly, one of the buttons might b malfunctioning.Use diagnostic tools like the Samsung Members app:Open Samsung Members > Support > Diagnostics > Test Hardware.
Test the Power and Volume buttons.

Go to: Settings > Battery and Device Care > Device Protection.
If your phone allows it, restart in Safe Mode from here (not all models have this option).
