Phone becomes frozen and restarts automatically (Galaxy A50s)

I am using a Samsung Galaxy A50s (6GB and 128 GB). Since last 2 months (approximately) i am having this problem. The problem is my phone becomes frozen first and then it restarts by itself after sometimes. This is happening more than 10-15 times in a day. I need help on this. At this time I'm unable to go to any Customer Care due to the lockdown situation. I would appreciate if I get any help as soon as possible.

May be u turned on auto restart option available in device care

Auto restart has a scheduled time. It won’t happen frequently. Right?
