Galaxy A
I have a Samsung A71 and last week I updated it to user interface One OI 3.1.
From that moment, when I receive a call I don't see anymore the notification both when the screen is locked and also when I unlock it.
If I go to the phone app I can see the missed call.
But the strange thing is that the problem seems to be random because some times it happens and sometimes not.
The phone app version is 12.1.10.29

Galaxy AThank you for the answer!
I tried to reboot it in safemode and I made several tests and it always notified the call.
To be sure I also wiped the cache partition.
When I restarted it I was confident that it worked but not.
It seems that it doesn't notify the first incoming call after power up the device because the other calls that I received were notified (not all, but 98% yes).
I don't know what to do because I don't want to reset completely the device and set all once again.
