So today when I put my device { Galaxy A51 } on charging at 12:01pm at 4% battery and after 3 hours when I checked the battery percentage I was shocked that it only got charged to 63% so for all that time ( 3 hours ) it got only increased 63-4 = 59%
Plugged in at 12:01pm
Unplugged at 3:01pm
It never happened to me before. Usually it takes around 2 hours and 15 minutes to charge from 0-100%

So anybody know what's the problem? And can it be solved at home or I'll have to take it to service center?
I can't figure it out whether it's my Charger's fault or my device's battery got damaged. If it would have been a battery issue I'd have faced abnormally fast battery drain also but I'm not facing that, so I guess it's the charger's fault.
NOTE : I'm using the original charging brick and cable and Fast charging was enabled.
