Recently (on 15 April 2022) my friend bought a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G, from MyG store, Palakkad.  From the day of purchasing mobile having overheating problem.  We took the mobile to Samsung service center, Palakkad.  They checked at 23 deg ambient temperature (inside AC room), mobile temperature was 30 deg.  Technicians said they cannot consider this as overheating and issue DOA.   They said as per company policy it is normal if the mobile temp is less than 48 deg.  At palakkad outside temperature always around 35 deg.  So the mobile temperature will be +/-40 deg.  How can Samsung expect to use mobile at 48 deg C?

We are not at all happy with service of Samsung.

Bro r u malayali....anno?

Bro i think A53 is Exynos based n heating issues are common in Exynos than snapdragon based phones.

But don't worry, every new android phones need some time to properly optimize the apps in it and it's also similar when the phone gets a new os update too.

Just click on my profile and read that post about tips for One UI 4 and follow those 1 & 3 steps, it might reduce ur issues to some extend n will help in optimizing those apps.

Pinna normally phone hot climatil heat aakum, it's normal. Samsung care center guys angane samsariku.😵💫🥴
