Any A34 5G user facing heating issue while NORMAL USE?

I have just checked the temperature it's 44°C.

Area surrounding Front camera 📸 is very hot 🔥 too.

I was watching a downloaded video on YouTube app. While mobile data off... And I accidentally touched the head of the phone.. it was burning 🥵.. later I checked it's 44°C
