Open speaker issue after UI 7.0 update in a16

I last week updated my phone to Android 15 , UI 7.0 but an issue has arosed , when I am on call and turn on the speaker to loud mode the recipient can not listen my voice while I can and same is the case in video calls . Any solution to this ??
