Galaxy A14 4G sound bug after security patch update.
Hi I am getting issues with my phone sound problem after security patch update. I tried to reset all settings but still headphones there in sound settings. I can't hear any YouTube sound in phone speaker even in safe mode sound isn't working because of that headphones apear in sound settings after the software installed. I have checked phone speakers perfect fine whatsapp call and phone loud speakers call work fine.there isn't any headphones connected with phone and Bluetooth is off.still getting that headphones option .If you can send software update with fix I will be really appreciate you thanks.
