Rumours said the new oneUI8.5 stable was supposed to realise today but Samsung and the stupidity postponed it 😒

They normally don't release updates a day before holidays so we will probably see it rolling out next week

You won't receive it as soon as it is released. The roll out is gradual. Not at once all phone will get it at the same time.

Why are their not like apple i mean all supported devices of iPhone get the update at the same time It's don't matter if you are using iphone 11 or 17 pm even Google pixel is not like Samsung

Apple and Google only have to optimize for a few models and a small amount of chipsets. Samsung manages hundreds of models across A, M, S, Z series and more in other parts of the world with multiple chipsets and regional carrier requirements.

When you are at that scale of devices a gradual rollout is industry standard to ensure if a bug exists, it doesn't brick your entire hundreds of devices product line globally at once

Nywe nywe nywe... Defend them all you want...Their software update process is kak and annoying... What's the purpose of all the beta testing then? They've tested enough they should release the **bleep** update already.

Yeah even so if the update is realise why don't all phones get the update until the with big phones get as the features are the same???

Nobody is defending anything. In October 2025 Samsung paused One UI 8 updates because it was killing S22s. Same for 6.1.1.

Rushing an update and without a staged process could result in 100% of phones bricked instead of just 1%.

Choose one.

Qas about to ask about it .. we've been getting constant security patches on the S25 ultra but no OS update
