OneNote Sync Issues on A70 Android 10

I've been having severe OneNote sync issues on my phone since upgrading to Android 10. I've tried all recommended OneNote fixes, to no avail.

Is anyone else having this issue? Were you able to resolve it?

I am based in Qatar. Is there an option to download the OS image from Samsung website. Also my phone battery is draining 30x faster than before after the upgrade.

firmware package download not getting completed from Frija app. It get stuck at 10% or 60%. I tried multiple times. Same results

I'm facing the same issue. I have an A70 and since I updated to Android 10 I can't sync OneNote. Does anyone knows if this happens only in A70? I can't find other posts reporting this. I'm concerned about this cause since I updated my A70 to Andoird 10 OneNote got 4 ou 5 updates. But the problem persists. Are you sure Microsoft knows this?

Sorry to read you're having this issue. You may have to downgrade to Android 9.
