Hi People.

I've been having severe OneNote sync issues on my phone since upgrading to Android 10. I've tried all recommended OneNote fixes, to no avail.

Is anyone else having this issue? Were you able to resolve it?

Thanks ahead.

I had to downgrade to Android 9. Everything's working the way it should including Gallery recognition of new images via file transfer.

I hope Samsung is able to fix the issues with Android 10 by the time it is released again. Thank you.

I am having the same issue. I have been informed by Samsung Live Chat customer support to wait for OneNote update for Android 10. Hope the fix is here soon.

That's one option. But it was affecting my work so I couldn't wait. I downgraded to Android 9 and it's working OK. If you can wait, please let us know if Microsoft releases an update that fixes the problem. Thanks.

Hi Balaji. The safest thing is to contact Samsung support & ask them to downgrade your phone to Android 9. They have the system images and are qualified to do it.

Before then, install Samsung Smart Switch from the Google Play Store. Insert an SD Card & backup your files & apps, etc, using the Smart Switch app. Make sure the SD Card is decrypted.

Then they can do the backup. I hope this helps.

hi

I have backed up all the data. I installed smart tutor and took remote support from Samsung tech support and they informed there is no option to downgrade the OS to version 9. 😞
