One ui update 4.0

Samsung midrange phone should get 1 update more one ui 4.0 . The ui 3.1 is lagging in animation , use , etc.... . This problem should be fixed at high rate . Example : other midrange mobile user like oppo , vivo , mi etc.. get ice update but samsung will promise for 2 year update only for mid range smartphone .
