●I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the delayed Android update for my Samsung Galaxy A series phone, specifically the A Series model A34 The extended wait for this update has become unacceptable.

●As a Samsung customer, I placed my trust in your company to provide timely software updates, ensuring my device remains secure and up-to-date with the latest version but I think that I have no more trust on samsung 

●The lack of clear communication regarding the cause of this delay and a projected release timeline is particularly frustrating. It leaves consumers feeling disregarded and uninformed.

●I value transparency and accountability, and I hope Samsung will take my concerns seriously.

Actually, bro, I can understand your feelings, but Samsung won't do anything. They've already announced a beta and stable update. Next month, April onwards, they are rolling out stable update gradually for everyone. Within a maximum of two months, you'll be able to enjoy One UI 7.

And as you said They are going to roll out stable update for every devices This means minimum it will come in our series (A) series in June or July

Agree with your disappointment, I have also been a true Samsung family for the past 11 years with several models. Per the information from sources, Google had agreed to the slight modifications of Android 15 for Samsung phones, but now Google have not provided the modifications , and they are delayed in keeping their assurance. Samsung is thinking about this to go to court on this as they are breaking down the customers' faith.

Yes brother but one ui 7 beta was release in 5 december 2024 And it's been now more than 4 months means nearly half a year And still they cannot give the final 1US7 update. Then how will we control them for long term updates

Agree with you, As per my knowledge, Samsung has provided updates or changes regularly on a timely basis. But this time, they have failed, don't lose the hopes. Samsung is the best company in terms of phones, updates, or any other phone related options. So stay for a few more weeks. You will have a seamless usage of OneUI 7 with Android 15
