Hello samsung members it's been a long time that samsung have not provided the latest update yet when we talk about other brands they have globally provided the latest update to their devices but what about samsung it's like that samsung doesn't value their customer and the feedback provided by them or it's a marketing jargon by samsung to force customer to switch to their expensive smartphone which is not possible to buy for everyone , it's February still no update or any details regarding the future updates of A ,M and F series smartphones it's really pathetic why samsung is not answering to the customer questions regarding the update , if it all the way continue to be same , I must assure samsung that you will lose customer and the loyalty that customer have made to your brand
Kindly address the details about future updates of smartphone of midrange or lose your customer the choice is your's ( Samsung)
