How come ₹15k M31 gets One ui 3.0 beta

But not A70 with the cost upto ₹30k

Your first mistake. Judging devices wrt price. Developers might have thought that beta is necessary for M31. If beta in necessary for A70, then it will surely be provided.

M series runs on One Ui core and not regular one ui, so its okay for those devices to get a beta version. and if you really want then buy an M series phone next time.
