You need to use desktop app called Smart Switch after withdrawing Beta test from Samsung Members app.
Phone will be formatted. So, take backup.

For Windows, Store version of the app doesn't work. You need to download it manually from Samsung website. After installing, the app will update itself.
Then, when you connect the phone it should display option to downgrade.

You can. But stable release is nowhere near.
Stay with the Beta. Downgrade to stable only when stable release is available.

Once you leave Beta, you cannot join again.
