You need to use desktop app called Smart Switch after withdrawing Beta test from Samsung Members app.
Phone will be formatted. So, take backup.

You can. But stable release is nowhere near.
Stay with the Beta. Downgrade to stable only when stable release is available.

Once you leave Beta, you cannot join again.
