One UI 6

Samsung promised one UI 6 based on Android 14 software update for galaxy A72 device nd still haven't delivered it. Samsung scheduled the update for this device in December and now it's almost February nd looks like samsung forget the phone !.. I need answers delay of a week or two is okay but almost 2 months is unacceptable..
