One UI 6 issues in Samsung galaxy a52s

1. Network problem is too much. It automatically switching between 5g to 4g and sometimes networks work very slow. It's mostly happen when I play games like bgmi and pubg and also when I am not using phone, the network strength shows very low both in indoor and outdoor conditions currently I am using Jio.

2. Move objects from one image to another not working in my samsung galaxy a52s 5g, while it was showing this feature in update introduction currently phone running on one UI 6.1

3. The back panel is coming off on its own. I have seen many people having the same problem with this phone. Even though the phone is water proof, has such poor quality gum on it that it also shows the quality. When I bought this phone, it was worth Rs 40,000. After just one year, its back panel started coming off. it. You can also watch on YouTube with same problem in device.

4. Device hangs in app so many times it almost impossible to go on back page. The only way to kill the app from background.

5 Please improve gaming in the device fps fluctuation is too much. And ping issue is on another level. I also tried Samsung plugins but still not working.

I know that almost every user have same problem with this device. But when we ask for solution they only tells us to visit service center whose charges to check the device is high but my question is why we should pay for the service charges when it is all Samsung's fault. Samsung used local software and hardware in a phone worth Rs. 40,000

True, I am also facing the same problem. My brother is having POCO phone and he is using 5g without any interruption while my Samsung f23 5g turns to 4G even after good 5G connectivity in my area. I think is is because of overheating. Samsung needs to fix the problem otherwise none of my family member is going to buy Samsung phone again.

Here's how I fixed my similar issue:

I have Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, with Jio True 5G. Whenever I download a big file say 4/5 GB, the download speed at starting is fast but slowly throttles, and phone heats up. After a while it automatically switches to 4G, which is frustrating.

So I tried removing Back Cover to lose some heat, but that didn't work either.

So, I thought, What if I set my phone to 5G only. But that option was not available on my phone.

After some research I found a app called Net Monster available on Play Store. It has a settings page where you can set your Network Preference to NR only (5G only), and it works like charm, but with some issues, like you can't talk to someone on call. But I fixed that by setting use Power Saving mode that disables 5G and set Network Preference to 4G/Auto, thus I can talk on call. And whenever I need 5G I disable Power Saving mode, thus going into 5G only.

I personally deleted that app after this steps.

Problem Solved! If you are okay to take some pain.

But if the phone really overheats like really it will override the 5G only mode, and set it to 4G/Auto (Its pretty rare scenario). So use it without Back Cover to get maximum benefits.
No worries it will automatically come back to 5G only after phone cools down.

Same issue with back pannel cover is coming out.Apps ate getting hang, bad network is showing..Automatic screen getting freez.
