Its actually not a part of now bar and was there way before than even in one ui 6. You can add that by going in Settings > Lock Screen and AOD > Contact Information.

Turn off the fingerprint option, and the Now bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Many users have done this after upgrading to One UI 7.
