Notification to unlock secure folder on reboot

On every restart, my mobile is asking me to unlock secure folder. Secure folder is supposed to be as a hidden and silent one. Why do we need to mandatory unlock it after every reboot? 

Please fix this. I will unlock when I need it. I dont want to flash notification to everyone.

Hold this notification and choose turn off notification then select turn off option
