Notification Drawer Issue

I don't know whether it's a bug or some setting has been changed in my phone. Notitication drawer shows only 2 lines. Whereas i've seen 3 lines in many other phones. Can anyone help me to change it to 3 lines.

Right me 3 dot click Karo.
Usme quick panle lay out me sim info off Karo.
