Samsung galaxy a20s is not working properly after update. Some apps of samsung like samsung notes etc are also not working properly, it is getting exited automatically please fix this problem.

Is any other user currently facing such problem in a20s ?

First restart your phone if no result thenTry factory reset, you should get (make sure to take data backup)

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application: Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.

* Check after rebooting your device.
