Not working: Alert when phone picked up

I have other Samsung models too in which the Alert when Phone Pickup option is working properly.
But this option is not working in Samsung Galaxy a55 5G. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Can you tell me what will happen when there is a pending SMS or missed call on your phone and you pick up the phone quickly, it vibrates

Q. How this feature works?
A. If you get a Missed call or SMS.
As soon as you pick the phone (without turning on the screen) then the phone vibrates.

If you clear the notification (this will also clear the missed call/SMS from notification), then the phone will not vibrate.

i.e. It will only vibrate as long as your notification has that MISSED CALL/ SMS

This issue can happen for so many reasons, it's hard to pin point the actual reason, I suggest you to follow these steps, this may solve it.

1. Turn off the feature, Restart the phone, turn on the feature again
2. If issue still exists, Open Samsung Members app > Click Support > Diagnose the phone (As sensors should work properly to use these feature)
3. If diagnostic report is Good and issue still exists, then You can perform "RESET ALL SETTINGS"
Go to Settings> General Management> Reset all settings
[CAUTION: This will reset all the settings you made to this phone]

4. IF THIS STILL EXISTS, YOU CAN PERFORM "FACTORY DATA RESET"
[CAUTION: THIS WILL DELETE EVERYTHING FROM YOUR PHONE, BACK-UP YOUR PHONE PROPERLY. THIS SHOULD BE YOUR LAST OPTION AS IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED, BUT IT CAN SOLVE 90% OF SOFTWARE ISSUES, USE IT WITH PROPER CAUTION]

Mine also before it did alert in Samsung a21s but still it did not alert

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
