Not showing up mobile hotspot through adaptor

I'm using A50 I bought it recently and also got latest verson10 updates too.

When I tried to connect my hotspot to my laptop through USB USB adaptor which I bought  a couple of days ago because there is no wifi feature on my laptop.  

Even all other mobiles and networks available around me are showing up except my Samsung Galaxy A50. I tried all possible  settings and even I factory reset my handset, it doesn't work. 

I also tried with other laptop and PC   I experienced the same problem. And I tried another usb adaptor even. It never  showing up. 

Kindly give me a solution,  this is my email idris.intellect@gmail.com. 

If the issue is not clear I have to choose some other  brand. Because other mobiles are  working properly.

I hope you have followed these steps when connected via USB
Settings 》Connections 》Mobile Hotspot and Tethering 》Turn on USB Tethering.

thanks, but I'm not using USB cable. I'm trying to use wifi adaptor

actually I'm trying to share my Samsung A50 hotspot to my Lenovo laptop. the laptop doesn't have wifi feature. so I'm I'm connecting via wifi dongle. when I search for wifi availability I can view all other wifi around me except my Samsung A50

open playstore and click on my apps and games their you will find an app update your phone companion-link to windows just click on it and update

I think you can understand my issues. I share my mobile's internet to laptop. but in laptop. I can't view my mobile but other mobiles and wifi are showing
