Not recognizing its own fast charger

Its been a while that my phone has stopped recognizing its own charger. I have tried all the possible ways to resolve it but it didn't worked.
Whenever I restart my phone one pop up message 
"SERIOUS SOFTWARE ISSUE DETECTED" A software problem was detected during startup. Check for a system update ,which may resolve this issue. If there's no software update and this problem keeps happening. Contact CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Please Contact customer care there might be some issue that's why it is showing this. Customer care will remotely control the device and will solve the problem in device
