Not receiving calls on idea/Vodafone in A50

SIM1 = JIO
SIM2 = IDEA/Vodafone 
Data : JIO

Not receiving call on vodafone . It says number switch off. Update the latest binary also.
Still facing same issue 

Please fix this issue.

This issue is related to your service provider: jio/idea/vodafone

Take off you sim cards and exchange sim slots .... It will solve your problem if its not related with the service provider 😊

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.

 

2. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
