Not opening camera

Hello everyone I have a samsung a05s and sometimes it does wanna go in to the camera and the phone tells me to restart it why is the happening

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
