Why is my A13 camera not working properly? It's not opening i tried to check fir updates and was told to put it on safe mode i did it. But the problem is still there. If i want to use it I'll be forced to restart the phone then it can open.

Alot of people have been complaining on this platform about their cameras seems there is a problem...a bug of some kind

I think the support team must look for the cause of the problem. Samsung is my best phone but with this problem it's boring.
