Why am not getting updates automaticly even i have visited service center one ui 5.1 is available for galaxy a52 4g but and my device is on 5.0 version but still show my device is up to date but in smart switch app update is available and customer care are also not able to fix it for what you have cost 27k fix this as soon as possible
